Public-transportation noise pollution a growing menace
How can the citizens of Bangkok put up with the horrible, loud noise at BTS stations? The new televisions in the trains are also intolerable. What were the managers of the system thinking?
If loud noise where somehow linked to making money, everyone in Thailand would be rich. Bangkok has started building a world-class transportation system, but this current BTS management is turning it into nothing more than a mockery.
And not to be outdone, the MRT is starting to install blasting advertising screens on the platforms.
How in the world do Thai authorities think they can ever solve the complex problems of the South when they cannot even put a stop to this ever-increasing noise problem in the capital?
Sick of the Noise
